It is a common belief that outstanding work performance among employees results in organizational effectiveness. Therefore, identifying the factors that contribute to excellent work performance has gained attention in both the public and private sectors. In ine with that, this study was conducted to investigate the influence of personality, organizational climate, motivation and personal engagement on work performance and at the same time to examine the moderating effect of time management on the relationship between personality, organizational commitment, motivation, personal engagement and job performance.
